EDIT: We filed a police report against them. The police have been made aware! They sent out a rep to my home to deliver tax documents today. I have a camera on the window that captured (with sound) the man opening and closing my door. The documents were sticking through my door to the inside of my home. When my sister called to let them know what happened they were rude and denied everything, even after being told there is video footage. Rude and terrible. I'm asking tax questions about where a bill originates. The women who answered my phone call laughs at me being unaware of specific tax requirements.
