I was a patron of an adjacent business. Mr. Gray was extremely rude and disrespectful not only to the business owner but also her patrons in the lobby area shared by the two establishments. We were exiting a program for children, when Mr. Gray came out and began to berate our program director in front of her patrons as well as Kansas City Zoo staff who were on sight for the event.
