I called the business when Halfords refused to even look at my ebike as my brake had failed. He was professional and advised me on possible repairs. He said he was busy and might take a couple of days but I find busy businesses a good thing as it means there good but he had my bike ready next day working like new and very affordable. I would 150% recommend this business and will tell other bike users I know
