Eric is an Optical WIZARD!! After inadvertently falling asleep with my glasses on, the right temple looked like Cam Skattebo's gruesome foot injury, and I feared the worst. I took them to Costco to see if this particular frame could be ordered and/or repaired, as they've tightened a screw for me in the past. No luck, damaged spring, hinge, they were toast! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I honestly thought my glasses were done for. He took them in back and brought them back to life. He also advised what to look for structurally when purchasing my next pair of glasses. Highly recommend!
