I worked with G&G law to form my PLLC and establish my DBA (a small therapy private practice in Chicago, Cicada Counseling Chicago) and they were super quick, professional, kind, and easy to work with! I've recommended them to friends and colleagues since for forming pllc's. Especailly helpful for those of us with no prior experience forming business entitities before. Welll WELLLLL worth the cost (the horror stories I've heard, and thankfully have not lived, thanks to their competent counsel)!
