Great lads, terrible boss. Little to no progression for the staff unless you are close associated with the boss, expectations of coming in early before official start time with no extra pay, expected to empty dog bins without the right safety equipment provided, equipment that is unsafe to use due to damages, refusal to provide PPE if lost. You will get complimented on your work very little from the boss but critiqued constantly even if customers are happy.
