I tried to get my vehicle into this shop before selling it because I knew the former owner, Gene, who I trusted. He used to do a great deal of good work for our community. However, I ended up getting connected to this employee, Lori Garrity (sp) and when she found out that I was a lawyer all she could do is talk about her jailed son, Todd. So unprofessional and rude.
