Successful Debt Resolution I wanted to file a chapter 7 bankruptcy and I did not qualify so Mr. Yuthas recommended I file a chapter 13 instead. It proved to be the right decision and was a successful debt solution. Very satisfied!
Unprofessional I hired Mr Yuthas to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy on my behalf. Mr. Yuthas omitted a creditor from my filing and or my creditor notifications. The result of that was the creditor was able to exercise a garnishment on my savings account completely wiping out my savings. When I made him aware of this, he told me that "it would take more time and money than it was worth" to recover the funds that were supposed to be protected by the filing he was paid to make!
