Very disappointing experience with this tax preparation service. Communication was slow, and I had to follow up several times to get updates. Taxes were supposed to be filed two weeks ago, they stated they would call and let us know the status. Never received update. I called to follow up, only to find out there was an error in paperwork, and they had to send back to the preparer they outsourced to; have yet to file. Very disorganized. I would not recommend this service.
Really helped us out over the last few years sorting my parents' taxes, but they seem to be under new management with ZERO continuity to existing customers. My accountant's email literally just went dead without even an auto reply. I can't even get through to an accountant, Reception is useless, and they won't see us until April 7. This is basically a reset, so we may as well go elsewhere.
Excellent advice and service. Even though I have moved out of state I will continue to call on them at tax time.
