I accidentally paid my bill to this Fyzical Therapy location, instead of the I attended. They refused to refund me after many calls, texts, voicemails, and emails. I eventually had to do a charge-back. Beware - if they can get away with robbing you, they will.
This place is run by a money hungry, insensitive and corrupt group of individuals. Whoever Roosevelt is to this company he should be fired. I wouldn’t recommend this place if they were offering free rehabilitation services. Take a look at the therapist she never smiles. Go here if you want but you’ve been warned.

I had hip pain that incapacitate me from doing simple daily tasks (walking ,sitting, going up and down stairs.etc). I started physical therapy at Fyzical Therapy in West Caldwell and with the help of Dr Paige Dwight I am back to my normal activities. I experienced shoulder pain in months, had an MRI and the result was torn tendon. My doctor prescribed me a therapy. I went to Fyzical Therapy in West Caldwell and undergone to a 4-week session. After 4 weeks, my shoulder pains were relieved and I'm back to my normal daily activities. PT Paige Dwight is a very nice therapist and helped me thoroughly in the whole process. Their facility is so clean and I would recommend it to anyone.
