Very Happy
Not happy!!!! Had 2 cancel 2 appt. that were out of my control. Receptionist told me if I wanted to come back, I had to pay the 2 cancellation fees that I was charged...well, so much for keeping customers. I liked my therapist but I'm not paying for something that was out of my control because I gave them less than 24 hr notice. And I don't want to hear no bs, some things you just can't control. So now, got to go through the aggravation of finding another therapist, thank you.
Dr. Bremer is a courteous and professional therapist. He has compassion for his clients and is a pleasure to work with.
