Sending out made up bills to patients from other locations a year after they used your practice is not a good way to run a business. Then your unprofessional receptionist acts like she doesn’t know why I’m calling. Get your act together. Anyone considering this therapist office should be aware of their unethical billing practices. Kristin and Daniel have both been amazing!! They’re kind, give you their utmost attention, and will do anything to get you better!
My experience with Thomas, Daniel, and Kristin has been great. They've helped me recover from a knee injury, explained the biomechanics of what's been going wrong and how to get better. The how and why of each exercise has been explained in detail. Been on top of billing and insurance questions as well. Really great staff. The app they use to assign exercises is also great. It makes for a very thoughtful and conscious integration of the in-person appointments and at-home PT.
