Highly recommend Fyzical Therapy & Balance in New Braunfels. The staff was great. Marissa Roman was my Therapist. She explained and guided me through the exercises I was doing and how they would help me. Marissa has outstanding, super great people skills and complete knowledge of her. I am so thankful for her. I will and have recommended Fyzical Therapy & Balance in New Braunfels to others and have done so.
I had a couple of bad falls and my doctor thought I should to go to physical therapy at Fyzical because they are excellent with balance therapy. I went January through February finishing up last week. 5Star care! Everyone there is friendly and professional. I had the same therapist each visit. Marissa Roman and she was great. Very knowledgeable about balance issues and worked with me to improve mine. I left there with print outs of the exercises so I could continue at home. Very much improved and "graduated". Pretty disappointed by this place, to be honest. The care I received here was wonderful. Nothing against the physical therapists at all. They are amazing. My issue is with them telling me I wasn't allowed to schedule with them anymore because of certain absences. I'm immunocompromised and caught Covid for the first time. This was communicated to them. This illness hit me really hard and I was super sick for almost a month straight. So I re-scheduled my appts for the first week of sickness and moved them to the following week... read more
Marissa was attentive to my needs. She was spot on to help ease them. She is great, highly recommend.
