I just completed therapy for hip and back pain and weakness. The compassionate and knowledgeable care I received was wonderful and I highly recommend this facility. Leslie, Marshall and Tara all worked with me on my treatment plan and not only made sure that my symptoms improved greatly, but that I had the knowledge and tools to keep the pain from coming back. I'm happily resuming line dancing and enjoying day to day activity.

I was 6 minutes late for an appointment. Leslie, the owner and lead therapist, berated me for what felt like 10 minutes. I felt like an errant child called into the principal's office. I think Leslie forgot that she works for me. Fyzical is no longer a safe place for me. I will miss the other delightful PTs and assistants. My doctor's order was for back and hip therapy due to a medical condition. I've had 7 sessions, 3 of which were spent on balance assessment and exercises. I do not have severe balance issues. Absolutely horrible service! They will charge $50 if you have to reschedule an appointment, even if you have a legit reason!! They charge $80 if you miss an appointment. Ridiculous! People have things come up.
