Had an appointment today at 4:20 and was 6 minutes late due to traffic - I arrived at 4:26pm. . I was told I had to reschedule because I was late and the therapist would not have enough time with me (I was 6 minutes late, not 1/2 hour late) I explained to the front desk that I caught every traffic light on the way and I had completed all the paperwork online but she didn't care.
