The best PT program ever. They did a thorough in take and listened to me explain my problems. My sessions were well planned out and the PT was right there during each exercise she had me do. She explained what each one would help to strengthen my weak areas. Encouraged me when I was frustrated with myself. She continued to monitor each session and added my exercises as I progressed. Used them twice before and after major surgery. Both elizabeth's were fantastic . Steven was horrible. ...Verbally abusive, dismissive , condescending... Absolutely unprofessional and immature while dealing with senior citizens recovering from major surgery with complications. No regard to medical problems and past surgeries . Ended up injuring other areas of my body because he simply would not listen to me regarding what I can and cannot do with my body. Completely cookie cutter physical therapy .
