First impressions are a must for me and that's just what we had! Every time we come back its always a great experience, from the office staff to the PT staff. My daughter enjoys each PT appointment, and we've seen great improvement! We've been very happy with the results and would highly recommend Fyzical Dewitt location to Friends and Family. Fyzical Dewitt has exceeded our expectations, and we are confident that our daughter will continue to benefit from their services.
I visited for my kid consultation, firstly the receptionist was focused on how much deductibles and how much payment instead of understanding our insurance deductibles it’s been more than a month and they haven’t even filed a claim with insurance but charged me with 97$. When went inside with kid, instead of trying to understand where my kid is what needs to be done instructor was more focused on me joining him in behavior therapy who is next door and also pushing us towards scheduling another session. Our family has had only positive experiences here. My husband, son, and daughter have all needed pt at various times for various reasons. The therapists are all professional and caring- specifically Nichole, and Tanner as we have had the most experience with them. Fantastic care. Highly recommended
FYZICAL has been awesome! Started bringing my daughter for speech therapy and was very impressed by the therapists there. We liked them so much we moved my son there for his OT. Great group!
