The Staff is amazing and welcoming! Our therapist Nichole made up feel comfortable and explained each step she was taking and how it would benefit my 13 year old athlete. The office has a good, open, organized space. They explained everything, including the billing, upfront and in a manner that was easy to understand and follow. I’d recommend anyone to use this facility on Snow Road in Lansing.
This is the best place so far I have been that knows my child needs and can accommodate them. The receptionist is amazing and so was the former Ot and current Ot and the speech therapists are amazing as well. If you need somewhere to go to get assistance with therapy this is the place. I have a kiddo that has a mood that differ day to day and they can adjust to it I love it.
Staff are friendly and great with the kiddos.
