I am so grateful for the care I have received at Fyzical Therapy. Sarah has gone above and beyond to help me with a shoulder injury that just didn't want to heal with other forms of treatment. The progress I have made is incredible. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable . No matter how bad I feel when I walk in the center I always leave smiling!
Fyzical has helped me so much. I have had chronic daily moderate to severe neck pain and headaches for 8 years. I have tried many PT locations, as I move around in the military, and Fyzical is by far the most effective, most personal, and the most customized approach I have ever experienced. They are so accommodating with scheduling and are great at actively communicating about administrative functions of the partnership (insurance, evals, etc). Started off ok....but went down hill. Not very attentive to patients. Spent a lot of time wondering what am I supposed to do next? Saw a lot of others also looking around and waiting. Staff was too busy talking or on computers instead of helping patients. Staff was friendly,. Maybe if I had been going for several weeks and had a defined routine, would have needed less direction. But on the first several visits, they should be making sure I am performing my therapy correct. Would not recommend.
12/25 UPDATE: I finally sought help for nagging knee pain at Fyzical this year and I cannot say enough positive things about everyone there. They identified my issue quickly, were able to schedule appointments around my bonkers schedule, answered questions without judgment, and most notably, I am back to running consistently again after years of starting and stopping because of pain! My daughter and I have had the greatest experience here! She was seen by Cheyenne, who made her feel extremely comfortable and taught us so much about her condition, how to manage her pain, and how to stay on a PT routine at home. Everyone who works here is so friendly, warm, and helpful. It truly feels like everyone in the office cares about us, which is something I feel is hard to find these days. I recommend them over and over again and will continue to—I truly cannot speak more highly of them!
