I had a shoulder replacement early January. I started therapy on January 24th with Arpita. I have never been a "therapy" person in the past which is why it is surprising to me that I look forward to, and would be disappointed if I were to miss a session, which I haven't. Arpita is knowledgeable regarding rehabilitation after a surgery and takes the proper steps to ensure safety and progress as the exercises are a steady progression to regain both flexibility and strength. Very much appreciated. Thank you.
