I arrived at this Physiotherapy Office with back pain and shoulder and neck pain. I felt so stiff and honestly hurt everywhere. After assessment by Dr DelToro, and helped and encouraged through exercises with Ruth the Physio associate, after I had been through 2 rounds of 12 sessions, I was able to walk on a Treadmill and Stationary Bicycle for 8 minutes on both machines. I am currently being cared for at the FYZICAL Therapy location on Military. Dr. Rebecca Cantu and her team are providing me the most outstanding care I have ever received. I normally do NOT write reviews, but in this case, I must. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, genuinely caring, and first class. And if that isn't enough, they beat all other providers with their attentive, well organized, & caring administrative staff.
This was my second time seeing Ms Cantù, first time for balance and this time for my ankle. Each time she took time to listen to my concerns and tailored step by step plan, followed by the right amount of challenge every week. I am feeling much better. The entire staff is very welcoming and professional. I can’t recommend them enough.
