I stopped by today to try and schedule therapy. Stood and waited at window for about 5 minutes, with a knee that I had surgery on 5 days ago, to talk to someone because there was no sign in sheet. There were 2 women behind counter and I was ignored by both, not even an acknowledgement that I was even there waiting. I walked out and I will find somewhere else to spend my money on for therapy. I don't mind waiting if I have to, but the mere fact of being ignored for that long is uncalled for..
