Wonderful people. Very understanding and compassionate. Therapy made difference by significantly lowering my pain level. Also recommended and wrote note for ER to see me again when I was in too much pain to even start therapy. ER was not going to see me until I handed them that note! Despite many medical facilities, they are empathetic and truly care about their patients. Thank you fyzical therapy and balance for treating me like a person and not a profit.
