This place is a real gem! As a veteran patient I can’t say enough good things about it. Everyone is very caring including Dr Pensavalle, Dr Lipow, Lisa the office manager, all front desk ladies and the aides. I’ve had 10yrs history of vertigo (unknown reasons, nothing found in MRIs). Every time I had an episode I keep coming back here. They have state of the art equipment and noticeable improvements were seen within 6-8 weeks treatment which is amazing. Truly truly grateful that I found this place. ♥️

Dr Pensavalles and the staff at Fyzical, Lake Success are outstanding. This a great group of people that truly care. Their supportive and encouraging demeanor is extremely helpful. They have and continue to help me with recovering from some very serious health conditions. I highly recommend this team for your vestibular and rehabilitation needs.
My experience at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center Lake Success was phenomenal. The care I received from Dr. Pensavalle was exceptional. He listened attentively to my concerns and provided me with the treatment that helps my vertigo. When I go for my treatment, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They make sure that I am comfortable. It has been a privilege for me to be treated by that medical professional team.
