The staff are caring and motivating.
The staff were amazing at developing just the right therapy program for my vertigo ,and I loved the atmosphere.
I've only had three physical therapy sessions so far, but I'm already feeling great about the experience. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, always offering encouragement that truly motivates me. I’ll admit, when I first walked in and saw the setup, I thought it was the most unusual PT I’d ever encountered—but I’ve since come to understand that everything has a clear purpose. I still have more sessions ahead, but based on what I’ve seen so far, I’m very happy and confident in the care I’m receiving.
This is the second time my mom is attending therapy at FYZICAL. My mom is 90 years old. She does not have inner ear problems or dizziness. She needed to work on balance and stability. Everyone at this facility goes out of their way to accommodate my mom. The traction they suspend her from gives her the confidence she needs to do the exercises that benefit her the most. She loves it there and is making great progress. I highly recommend it to young and old.
