A lot of the PT places in town utilize PTA’s to treat almost every patient, under the supervision of 1 or 2 actual PTs, who are sometimes not even on-site during treatments… :( At FYZICAL, it’s all licensed PT’s, all the time. They can't get their scheduling straight. I showed up at an appointment just to find out that it had been rescheduled at another location much farther away. I traveled to that location just to find out that all follow up appointments were also moved there, despite the previous receptionist claiming otherwise. This wasted an entire morning sorting out and no one apologized or tried to make it right. edit: I still get text notifications of appointments that were canceled. Personnel are very experienced and professional. They are friendly, encouraging and helpful. The facility has up to date equipment and offer simple resolutions to personal issues.
Peter Renz is one of the best PTs in Brevard. Anytime our family is in need, he's available to help. Staff is very nice and he is very professional.
Kenadi is an awesome therapist, patient and determined to get you through your recovery period. Both Fyzical Therapy Centers we went to were excellent (indialantic and Brevard Beaches)
