Fyzical Therapy and Balance in Gainesville need to get it together. My son had at least 3-4 back to back appointments canceled either the day before or the morning of his appointment due to his Therapist being sick or not having another Therapist available to see him. One time, the receptionist did try to accommodate me at the last minute and scheduled an appointment at the Manassas office. I want to take a moment to share how much I appreciate the excellent care I’ve received at your location. I’ve visited a couple of times for different concerns, and each time the physical therapists have been wonderful. During my most recent visit, I worked with Erin, who is so skilled at knowing exactly how to address any issue I mentioned. Awesome staff! They always go the extra mile.
The physical therapists are all very professional, knowledgeable and positive. They take their time during the sessions focusing on rehabilitation and recovery to normal functioning. They have changed my quality of life for the better!
My PT experience was excellent. It took a several sessions but Erin was able to get my shoulder back almost to normal and I was able to play a round of golf this week for the first time in 5 months. The difference with Fyzical therapy versus other practices are the aids/assistants. They work with you after your time with the physical therapist to ensure you are doing your exercises properly.
