I spent a week doing BPPV treatment exercises I found on YouTube—helped a bit, but minor yet annoying dizziness stuck around. Cassandra at Fyzical stepped in like a relief pitcher: ran the Epley maneuver a few times helping me be more precise, and reduced the dizziness in less than an hour. If your DIY drills from YouTube stall out, let Cassandra close the game!
Our adult son has been receiving PT at Fyzical Therapy in Timonium for six months now. It’s a great facility and the therapists are knowledgeable, friendly and professional! He specifically sees Emily who is wonderful! Therapy is helping him immensely. Highly recommend Fyzical.
