I brought my mom to FYZICAL Hackettstown for her back pain, and we had a great experience. Everyone was kind, professional, and made us feel comfortable. Joanna was so helpful and flexible with our last-minute schedule changes, which we really appreciated. Kayla, our therapist, was amazing. She took the time to thoroughly evaluate my mom’s condition and explained each exercise and how it would help. I’ve been thoroughly pleased with Fyzical from the receptionist to my therapist. I feel better after each session and am making progress. I’ve already recommenced this site to two friends!
I have great hopes for my balance improving with regular physical therapy.
