I’ve had the misfortune of needing physical therapy a few times over the last decade. FYZICAL in Gurnee is by far the best facility I have been referred to. From the moment I walked in the door for my first treatment I felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff is friendly and exudes a caring attitude. Great experience ! Went in with lots of pain and thinking I would need another knee surgery . Extremely nice and welcoming staff and after first session it was determined no surgery needed I had dislocated my knee cap . I was so mentally relieved and after a couple sessions with the therapist ( Tony ) pain was greatly reduced and by the 6 session I was good to go and pain free ! The combination of Karen at the front desk and Tony working on getting me back on track was a great team ! I highly recommend
My husband just finished 10 treatments for a shoulder injury, and Tony fixed him. He had a great experience across the board and appreciated their scheduling flexibility. He really liked the young lady at the front desk, Karen, who was a model of friendliness and customer service. He wants me to thank FYZICAL Gurnee for him.
