My experience at FYZICAL Gurnee was wonderful! I was dealing with vertigo and needed help as soon as possible. Karen booked me an appointment the very next week. The staff and atmosphere could not be more welcoming and Joerlyn was fantastic. I worked with her for two months and then was strong enough to be discharged. There is not a bad thing about this place.
Excellent experience! They got me in quickly, appointments were convenient, and the therapy was adapted for my individual situation. Joerlyn was great to work with! She listened to my concerns, evaluated me regularly, and adapted each session whenever new issues arose. I would absolutely use Fyzical the next time I need physical therapy.
Had a wonderful experience working with Jorelyn after my knee replacement surgery. Her knowledge, warmth and understanding, along with the great facilities and friendly staff made it a pleasure to rehabilitate at the Gurnee FYZICAL.
Absolutely love this facility! The physical therapists could not have been nicer and a pleasure to work with! Front desk staff was cordial and made everything so easy from making appointments to making payments. Definitely recommend!
So happy I found Joerlyn at Fyzical. I was having sever Sacroiliac Joint Pain (SI pain) and Joerlyn took time identifying the problem and helped me fix it! I am so thankful for all her work.
