AMAZING
Tara has been treating me for over a year and I can easily say this is the best experience I’ve had with a massage therapist. She is easy to communicate with, knowledgeable and has an obvious passion for what she does which transpires in her treatments. I highly recommend Tara! She is very knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint what muscles were causing my ongoing pain and I felt significant relief after our first session. She has also helped me identify areas to work on for strength training. So happy to have found a great RMT here in Vernon!
