I called ahead of time to see if it was even worth repairing my old laptop with a broken screen. I was told it wouldn’t be a problem and to bring it on in. When I got there, I was told it was $100 diagnostic fee, but that would be applied toward the repair. I was also told it would take about a week. A week later I get a call and I’m thinking I will be able to pick up my laptop, but I am instead told they have just looked at the laptop and It will cost another $150 to repair it. They broke one screw plate from the back of my laptop. Disconnected the LAN from motherboard for no reason at all. Lost one of the screws from the hard drive which made it tilting and vulnerable!!! And yet they claimed to fyxit???
I was passing and thought I should get my iPhone repaired. He didn’t try to talk me into an expensive repair. He cleaned my power port and didn’t charge me. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone.
Took them OVER A MONTH to replace the screen on my MacBook Air. Repairs consistently cost more than they say upfront that it's gonna cost you.
I got my phone fixed there a week ago and there pretty rude to you if your not a student. They seem like they hate black people. Very predijuce. If I did not pay cash I would have disputed my payment. if you are black don’t even bother going there. Very prejudice people!!!
