I have gone here at least four times to get my phones and laptops repaired and did they have been really great at taking care of it. However when I went Wednesday, January 21, although it says open at 9 AM on Google maps and on their door, they were not open
A great local repair spot that gave me a better experience than best buy or any other big repair stores. They did take longer than I expected (almost a month and a half) and we did have some back and forth on the final outcome but in the end, they provided a great service and I am rather happy with how my laptop turned out. They also gave me a loaner laptop through that period to keep me going. I brought my computer in for repair due to a crack on the lower front exterior. It took a long time for them to even begin working on it. Once they did, I was given a completion date that kept getting pushed back. Eventually, I couldn’t get in contact with them at all, so I went to the store to see what was happening. I went in less than a week ago with water damage on my iPhone 15. I got my phone back within the day and they replaced the screen and everything seemed to be working fine. However, a few days later the screen began glitching and I got a notification that I had improperly installed hardware. The phone eventually completely shut off and I haven't been able to power it on for over 24 hours.
