Fyxit was very professional in there service of our computer upgrade to Windows 11. Service was prompt and quick. I would gladly recommend them to others.
It was a bad experience. Took an iPad in with a cracked screen and was told 1-2 weeks. After 2 full weeks I reached out asking about the iPad. I was told it would be done in a couple of days. Another week went by and nothing. Again I reached out and was told it would be a few more days. It was almost done. Yup. You guessed it. Few more days went by and nothing. It finally got done and back to me more than a month later.
Lost every file on my laptop, caused permanent system damage, and my laptop still isn’t the same two years later. They quite literally told me they don’t know how it happened, laptop was taken in for an external issue. Do not go here.
They do an amazing job. Not only are they efficient, but they are very knowledgeable about their products and services.
