Received a gift certificate for Christmas few years back. Multiple attempts to use it and the appointment was cancelled multiple times from massage therapist and once I cancelled. Tried to reschedule again for my daughter and was sent a message response "Hi Amber, your daughter in law can contact me to make a massage appointment if she likes. I will not be honoring the gift certificate." Just a heads up to anyone thinking to purchase this as a gift in the future
