My ‘Tile Box’ guy had a nice new & different pair of glasses last time I went shopping for tiles. I was looking for something with a difference and so Mohammad informed me about FYidoctors in Country Hills. We were served by licensed Optician Michelle Truong and when I say served I mean ‘beyond our wildest expectations’ served. Have been a patient/customer of FYI doctors for over a decade. Have always been treated extremely well by the staff but I ran into an issue yesterday. I was cleaning my glasses at work and the bridge snapped right in half. Was in total shock. Thank goodness for Debbie and Christina at the Harvest Hills location. They went above and beyond to help me get into a new pair of glasses without any issues. Can't recommend them enough. You are in amazing hands at FYI.
Appointment was on time, tests were easy, personnel were friendly and knowledgeable
Both Taz and Dr. Xiao were very professional in performing my eye exam. They explain into details about the health of my eyes and made the best prescription of eye glasses for me. Thank you guys
