I am so angry with this company!!!!!!! I was scammed into signing up for an $11.99 membership that I did not know it changed that a month because the employee never mentioned it!!!!!! Now I can't speak with customer service because it wants a member account number that I never activated/signed up for!?!??!?!??!?! What the hell???????????

They're literal scammers - when you buy anything, they ask for an email for a rewards program, and then charge your card monthly for some VIP pass program they don't even mention. When you call their store after finding out, they refuse to even cancel the subscription, not even talking about the refund. Luckily this happend to my minor kid, and they, allegedly, can't even sign up minors, so after calling their corporate number, they canceled the subscription and promised to refund the fees. Cashier was rude and did not inform us that the “10% off” was a subscription service!! Do not shop here.
DO NOT under any circumstances give any of your contact info, sign anything, or agree to any terms and conditions at the register. These scammers will not tell you that you're signing up for a $12/month subscription. The only saving grace for anyone who fell for it like me is that they don't bill you until the 30 day mark, so you still have time to cancel until you get stolen from. Never shopping here again.
