RecommendedI am very thankful for the customer care that I experienced at this store. The store manager went above and beyond to make me happy and I want everybody to know that this place is amazing!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND They let you in the store let you walk around without a mask, but you get up to the front and then try to checkout and won’t check you out because you don’t have a mask which is ridiculous they lost my business.
The manager here started to argue and get hostile with me and my pregnant girlfriend, in front of my 8 month old infant due to me having a respiratory breathing condition causing my immune system to be impervious of contracting or passing on any viral infection. He then resorted to being extremely uncivil and declaring things that had as much logic as he did wearing a mask. We were asked if we wanted a frequent shopper discount card to save 10% today so we said sure, guy scanned it and threw it in the bag with no further explanation only to find out later while looking at it that it is $12 a month! Plenty of stores have FREE frequent shopper cards and if it isn't free that should be specified, not conveniently left unsaid. NOT ONCE did the employee tell us the card would be monthly charge. Very shady.
