Just finished 6 week yoga session w/Joy. Joy was very easy to follow and movements were able to be modified.It was a very relaxing class. Would definitely take this class again if offered again. I will keep my eye out for when this class is offered again.

If there would be a “0” star, I would mark it! I scheduled my son for a visit since he was having GI issues and was hoping to for a comprehensive evaluation by a caring, medical provider with a good team. When I had scheduled his visit, that is exactly what was promised to me. After quickly taking my money!
