I started this weight loss program last March and was very pleased I did! I am now 30 pounds lighter, healthier and keeping the weight off! This program taught me how to eat right and how to incorporate food to live a healthier lifestyle. I did not exercise and barely walked. It focuses on choosing the right food and quantity. This used to be named something else guess new name, I was on this and had to drive to the office did I lose weight of course eating 500 calories you would, But once your paid program end so does your support. The program is expensive and truly does not teach you how to eat to maintain and is not easy so if you have $$$ it can work but where are the ppl now that are shown in the before and afters ? wonder what they look like now after a year ? Hummm
