It was a spontaneous event for me... after 3+ hours on the highway I thought to stop in to FX without an appointment; it worked; Jennifer saw me and did a great job. Reception was very kind, as always... classy place, good job, I'll be back.
My hair stylist got delayed by 2 hours and I received a call 15mn before (just when I was arriving actually) my appointment to be informed, without understanding why this happened and how I got that deprioritized. Jonathan Lascaux
A community gem with friendly staff and a warm welcoming atmosphere. They treat you well and make you a valued part of their community. I will continue to recommend them to others. The decor is nice and the waiting area is comfortable.
I went here for extensions after getting a really bad short cut at another salon. First, I was there for 8 hours. I have very fine, thin hair but the stylist placed 3 hand tied wefts on one row and although I am blonde, black thread was used. It was so heavy it gave me a headache. Tape ins were used but I was not given the ones I was told were going to be ordered for me. The color matching was atrocious. I had to go to another salon to have them removed and reinstalled.
