Perfect haircut again, as usual!
I was in a Jam when my step-daughter asked for highlights for 16th birthday. She wanted the current weekend which was hard to make happen last minute. However I contacted FX and immediately they worked with me to find her a spot. They were so great at asking so many questions to ensure the reserved adequate time and were nice enough to provide an estimate. Great haircut by Lindsey. Short like I wanted it and looks great. Nothing sticking up in the back like I have always had in the past after other haircuts at other places. I will be back to FX and Lindsey for more cuts in the future! Thank you!
Super friendly staff and great services! Their gym is amazing too.
The post appt follow up and customer service are just BAD. I liked the final product but sorry you should be following up with me not me with you! Impossible to do anyhow with the their terrible front desk! No would not reccomend! Sorry. Have stylists set a post appt check in so we know you actually CARE! Overall experience felt superficial and non relationship building! Next time may book with someone else.
