From the moment I walked , in I felt like I was in the right place . Sam, my physical therapist is a STAR. I had vertigo and was feeling anxious. She is so kind , patient and most importantly she is very knowledgeable. What a great experience.
This review is specifically for Alexis at the Towson location. She is a Clinical Assistant and was very thorough in helping me with a scheduling issue, providing confirmation, and assisting with creative solutions. She was very optimistic and friendly.
I could not have had a better experience and result than I did working with FX Therapy during my rehab after a shoulder replacement. The scheduling was easy and flexible if an adjustment was required. Alexis was the best, providing the appropriate blend of concern and push to reach the result I was hoping for. I also watched other therapists treat their clients with a similar level of care.
Went for a few appointments and paid my balance every time that I went in. Almost two years later, they sent me to collections over $30 -- never once called, emailed, or sent any form of paper bill notifying me of an unpaid balance. The PT itself was fine, nothing spectacular.
