I originally went to FX Physical Therapy due to the location and convenience to my home but will return (although I hope I don't) because of my results. I had total shoulder replacement surgery in May 2025. The one thing I loved about FX is the one-on-one therapy. In most the other PT place I've gone to the therapist has multiple patients and are juggling them. Not at FX, you are the one and only patient during your time there. We LOVE Allison! My wife has EDS (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) and she has taken time to hear our varying day to day concerns (perks of chronic illness!) and it is obvious that she has done her own research outside of our sessions to meet our unique needs and concerns.
