I called the store and asked if someone could come over and take a look at my lazy boy recliner. I had taken the back off when moving it and could not get it back on correctly. I had a wonderful gentleman who adjusted the back and then went over the remote control with me. It’s like a new chair. Such great customer service Thank you!
I found a tear in the back cushion of my new couch. I call FX and they sent a seatress to my house to repair it. The lady was pleasant and polite. I will continue to buy my furniture with FX. Friendly service even after the sale!

We wanted to buy local but, unfortunately the sales person( younger women that talked a lot and very fast) was rushing us .we were ready to put money down to start the process with a flexsteel couch and loveseat but, she encouraged us to go home and think about it as she obviously was in a big rush to leave? We found a better deal elsewhere and they provided great customer service and follow up. Even sent us leather swatches to be sure we liked the color. Really too bad for FX Marcotte. They use to have great service.
