Michele and everyone have been the absolute greatest! I went into the store with a mental picture of what I wanted, and they gave me the exact duplicate. I am amazed at the quality. The dresser drawers are deep and as you can see by the photo, I have been practicing the Marie Kondo method of folding which is perfect for these drawers. The bookshelves and entertainment center are amazing. The chocolate-colored leather loveseat is very comfortable and again is of very high quality. Customer service and everything is top notch.
I called the store and asked if someone could come over and take a look at my lazy boy recliner. I had taken the back off when moving it and could not get it back on correctly. I had a wonderful gentleman who adjusted the back and then went over the remote control with me. It’s like a new chair. Such great customer service Thank you!
I found a tear in the back cushion of my new couch. I call FX and they sent a seatress to my house to repair it. The lady was pleasant and polite. I will continue to buy my furniture with FX. Friendly service even after the sale!
