This is a great shop with excellent customer service! I purchased a used Felt triathlon bike online recently and needed a part for it. I came here and Carolyn reached out to Felt and they were able to hunt what I needed down. Turns out it was the last one Felt had!
I worked with Dean today with my bike fit with special emphasis on accommodating my cerebral palsy. He was thorough and informative. Highly recommend!
Excellent experience! Dean and his team at Fit Werx 2 are friendly and very knowledgeable. The fitting was extremely helpful and has significantly improved my riding experience. I flew across the country to get a fitting and buy a Parlee at Fit Werx 2, and it was worth it!
Incredible experience here getting an existing bike fit. First off, great hospitality from all of the staff and a really lovely space for anyone who likes any sort of bikes. But the fit itself was so informative and effective. Dean is a bike physiology wizard and was a blast to work with. I didn’t have any major issues going in, but I still walked out with a much better feeling fit through some small adjustments and a new saddle. I already can’t wait to get my next bike here!
From start to finish Dean was phenominal. Carolyn and Stephen at Fit Werx 2 were very friendly and helpful, too! Highly recommend!!
