I went to the Meriden ct store to buy a capacitor, three guys sitting at the counter talking, it took a min before one of the guys asked me what I needed, I told him I was looking for a capacitor he told me there on the back wall, and then proceeded to keep talking with the others. Never got up to help find the part So I left to find another plumbing supplier What’s up with service today and this generation 🤷♂️
We had the pleasure of meeting Carrie & Sharon who are both wonderful kind and patient while we tossed around ideas of remodeling our bathroom - they walked us thru every step allowing us to feel in control and made this process less painful. We started as strangers and completed as friends!
