Above average electrical outlet,but I couldn't get a replacement for my bathtub shower handle.
I visited this store today, and I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had in Boston. Ryan went above and beyond to help me. He spent more than 30 minutes assisting me, answering all of my questions with patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness. I truly appreciated the time and attention he gave me. don’t even bother coming in here if you need any specific item and you need help looking for it. This is the worst customer service , the guys at the counter don’t even make an effort to look for what you need. Next time I’d rather drive 200 miles to get what I need.
