WE were very pleased the service we received in the Madison NJ location. Alex P, showroom consultant, was extremely helpful in solving our requirements. Highly recommend this store.
While trying to check on an error in a shipment of plumbing fixtures, I waited ten minutes while both sales reps. were busy with other customers. I approached Wendy Zepke, the F.W. Webb store manager in Northampton, MA, while she was chatting with a child whose parents were looking at hardware. I simply asked if she could look up the invoice on our previous order to see if we paid for an extra pair of towel bar brackets.
