My experience with Simon was wonderful. He creates an atmosphere of calmness with his gentle personality, but works diligently with strength and technique to get your brain and muscles working in sync. He helped with pain I have had in my foot for years and with my overall mobility, making my mind more alert and clear. He was such a pleasure to work with even as far as scheduling appointments. I would recommend Simon to all my friends and family.

Mr. Simon has been indescribably helpful! I have recently been having the most intense neck and shoulder pain--where I would have to lean my head back and tilted at the weirdest angles to stay comfortable. I did some intense research and found Mr. Simon at his Union Square location. Mr. Simon is a phenomenal physical therapist because he did not just focus on my neck, he focused on me as a patient as a whole. Simon is the best NMT I have ever worked with. He helped me make huge strides forward after back surgery and the long recovery that followed. Feeling better than ever thanks to Simon! He's an amazing professional and an amazing guy.

Since he resolved my shoulder issue a couple of years ago I have been getting monthly maintenance massages from Simon. I look forward to our sessions and feel so much better afterwards. I highly recommend Simon and neuromuscular therapy - not only is he a lovely guy but he really knows his stuff and always finds the places that need attention. The space is clean and has a nice small waiting room.
