I’ve had some muscle tightness and imbalance issues for years now. Mostly from working out and working physical jobs. I been to chiropractors, massage therapist etc with little to no improvement. It’s been very frustrating. I found Simon through a google search and saw he performes a Neuro Massage. I tell you, this was way different from anything I’ve tried. Simon is the best! Had about 5 sessions with him and my mobility and chronic pain has improved tremendously. He provides at home stretches to help continue feeling better and maintain the work he’s done during the session. So happy i found him! He has helped me feel better than ever!
Simon is great. Came in with shoulder issues and after a few sessions I feel a huge difference in my mobility.
Absolutely incredible. Simon is a gifted bodyworker. His understanding of how the body functions and the ability he has with his hands is unbelievable. The best massage therapist I’ve ever worked with and he’s allowed my body to return to a place of comfort it hasn’t been at in over a decade.
Simon has helped my lower back/hip problems more than PT or chiropractic care ever could. He also is great at communicating what the root of issues are and what to do between session. I would recommend him to anybody trying to deal with chronic pain and/or muscle tightness
