Absolutely incredible. Simon is a gifted bodyworker. His understanding of how the body functions and the ability he has with his hands is unbelievable. The best massage therapist I’ve ever worked with and he’s allowed my body to return to a place of comfort it hasn’t been at in over a decade.
Simon has helped my lower back/hip problems more than PT or chiropractic care ever could. He also is great at communicating what the root of issues are and what to do between session. I would recommend him to anybody trying to deal with chronic pain and/or muscle tightness

I don’t think I can speak highly enough of Simon’ First of all, I’ve been lifting heavy for over 15 years, in my 40s now and I felt like all knots. Simon is an incredible neuromuscular therapist. I came in looking to do some somatic work to help me manage my emotions and what my body has been carrying. Even though I didn’t have any chronic physical pain at the start, the change I have felt has been enormous. My body hasn’t felt this good in years! Simon is very knowledgeable, and a kind and caring person. I have always felt heard and safe in our sessions. Highly recommend to give it a try!
