If it was possible to leave a 0 Star review I would. I bought a 3 seater and 2 seater suite for my private holiday home, only 2 years ago. I was encouraged to buy the warranty with the suite and was told how incredible the warranty is. This suite is used by my wife and I for approximately 8 weeks a year, so it's total use is no more than 16 weeks. Heavy sales tactics, plus condritcated my wife over the measurements of a sofa, they need to learn how to measure correctly and not be so flippant to the customer!! Its you trying to mislead an elderly couple, not the tape measure, as you smirkly commented on. Very rude staff.
Ian at the Cardiff store was very helpful. Very patient and helped us make a great purchase. We were very happy with the service.
About four reasonably priced items in the shop that I would buy if I needed, notably a kitchen table and a sofa). Mostly really expensive, and I wasn't impressed by the quality of a couple of things (I've seen a sturdier small sideboard in The Range), although most looked well made. Good place to shop if you have too much money and want to make deliberately quiky or ostentatious purchases.
