Went in with stressed rhomboids. I couldn't lift my arm let alone breath without pain. Jessica worked with me and released the tight muscles. I am now able to return to work without pain.
My pains and discomfort were greatly dissipated after our 60 minute session. My body tingled for hours afterward. Ren had me relaxed throughout our entire session. It was a great experience ( better than 5 stars). Looking forward to another session soon.
